Over the past few years, Müller Messebau has steadily evolved from its origins as a successful exhibition stand builder to an expert for international services. Our approach of embracing processes of change without preconceptions and with a spirit of courage continues to be just as important as the fundamental importance of the human factor in our entrepreneurial approach.

2023

we show you what we are capable of – even more graphically and informative then before. With our new website you can see our booths in large, significant images. Also you can filter our reference projects by size, type and price per square meter – and find out how we implemented similar conditions for our customers before.

2022

For the wide range of tradeshow activities we grew our team: we welcomed 9 new coworkers in the departments project management, graphics, warehouse and controlling.

 

Two years of pandemic showed how the working world of tomorrow looks like. We accept the task and set up all work spaces ergonomically and height-adjustable. We also create the necessary digital structures to allow as many coworkers as possible a flexible work environment either in the company or at home.

 

Beginning February tradeshows are possible again in Germany and Europe – and the backlog of our customers is huge. That’s why we expand our warehouse in Hugstetten to more then 4000 square meters.

2021

In October most Corona restrictions in the United States are dropped. For us that means: We can start with the first shows in our American subsidiary

 

2021 is simultaneously our entry into the sustainable energy production. With the new photovoltaic system on top of our complex we produce an essential part of our energy consumption by ourselves now.

 

An era comes to an end: Harald Müller, founder and the one the company is named after, starts his well earned retirement. He influenced the company massively as a project manager and consultant even long after it was taken over, which we are very thankful for.

2020

Nobody expected that: from March 2020 until March 2022 the pandemic turns everything upside down, because shows can basically no longer take place. Still we are able to be active in other fields of work: together with SikuWall we develop protection walls against the danger of infection, design and build vaccination centers and use our technical knowledge in permanent installs in stores and the new stadium of our soccer club in Freiburg. We are also able to use some of the free capacities to start new business segments like the virtual world.

 

Our American we have to close temporarily. Thanks to the system of “Kurzarbeit” and plenty of relief efforts in Germany we can keep our team in Hugstetten employed.

2019

Our headquarters in Hugstetten keeps growing continuously as well and desperately needs more room. In 2019 we were able to move into additional spaces in the neighborhood and expand our storage space to a total of 3,000 square meters.

 

The management of Müller International Exhibit Services in the USA changes. Former branch manager Erik Keever returns for personal reasons to the headquarters as project manager international business.

2018

With the new year we establish a new software: work4all shows all processes in our company in a single application and makes daily work quicker, easier and more transparent. Something our customers benefit from as well.

2017

Our subsidiary in the USA grows continuously. Beginning 2017 our colleagues move into a larger space with 750 square meters in Cocoa. We stay in the tradeshow hotspot Florida.

2016

In spring Erik Keever takes over as the branch manager in the USA. That way our customers have german speaking contacts on both sides of the Atlantic ocean.

2015

In November we expand our logistics- and storage spaces in the USA from 150 to more then 450 square meters. That we take account of the growth of our subsidiary. Since founded in 2012 the amount of employees has doubled.

2012

September 11th our subsidiary in the USA was founded – the Müller International Exhibit Services Inc. in Apopka, Florida. From now on we are represented on the important American market directly, but more importantly we can make the jump across the Atlantic easier for our customers.

2011

In August the office rooms move to the new address in March-Hugstetten as well. The new location benefits not only from more space, but also the easy access to the A5.

 

In July, in the course of the companys’ expansion, a move away from Freiburg into a new warehouse is necessary. New location is Industriestraße 3 in March-Hugstetten.

 

In January the company Müller Messebau is rebranded to Müller Messebau GmbH and expands its’ international field of action. As managing directors of Müller Messebau GmbH, Matthias Glaser and Daniel Spatz are now responsible for the company.

1993

Harald Müller starts the company as a traditional display house.
